How do you ensure plants arrive safely during shipping?

We use custom-designed, eco-friendly packaging that secures the plant and its pot in place, minimizing movement. Each plant is carefully hydrated before transit and includes a heat pack during winter months if necessary.

What is your return policy for live plants?

We offer a 30-day 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor health, simply send us a photo within 30 days of delivery, and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

Do you provide care instructions for each plant?

Yes, every plant comes with a detailed digital care guide tailored to its specific species, including light requirements, watering schedules, and pet-safety information.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once a plant has been prepared for shipment by our greenhouse team, we are unable to make further changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and interest-free installment plans through Affirm.

Are your pots included with the plant purchase?

Most of our plants are sold in their nursery grow pots, but you have the option to add a decorative ceramic or terracotta pot to your order at checkout.
